Very pleased with my experience with Arrington Roofing. My main contact, Matt Keys, is very knowledgeable and a key asset to this company, and the deciding factor in my choice of Arrington vs. two other well qualified companies I researched extensively. My roof was finished in one day using a large crew all working very smoothly together. They tarped my pool and their clean-up of work debris was outstanding. This aspect of the job is often poorly done but the Arrington clean-up crew did an outstanding job. Matt was on site a number of times on installation day checking the progress and everything went very smoothly. I rate them 5 stars and Matt gets 5 Stars also.

Cameron came to the appointment with the wealth of knowledge about my specific roof and was happy to share the logic behind his inspection and advice. I contacted Arrington roofing because their reviews were so good, and they came across as an honest company. I am currently undergoing chemotherapy due to stage 4 cancer and due to this we could not risk being quoted an outrageous amount for roof repair.
THEY CAME THROUGH ! They came, were honest, told us exactly what needed to be done, the quote was extremely reasonable and did the work the same day!

Arrington Roofing was great from the first phone call to the finished roof. Reese Arrington worked with us on finding the perfect quality and color we wanted for our home. Also suggested increased venting which has helped with comfort in the attic already and we suspect will be reflected on our electric bill. The entire Arrington team was professional and caring – even did extra work cleaning up. Highly recommend.

Arrington came to us via a neighbor recommendation when our old roof started leaking due to age and normal wear & team. When we finally decided to take the plunge and have a new roof installed, since we already had good experience with Arrington’s timeliness of start/completion and their quality of work, we of course included them in our quote request process. Matt was our salesperson. We selected Arrington and he became our project manager. Matt is professional and thoughtful. He walked us through the challenges of our roof’s construction and explained during the quote process and again during installation home they would resolve them. Ultimately, we did have an unforeseen challenge – I am a construction project manager by trade and in my experience most projects in existing buildings have issues, so this did not surprise me. When we met with Matt and Chris Arrington to review the best solution, there was no drama & we are happy with the result. We have had our roof going on two years and have had no warranty issues to call about since completion. We highly recommend Arrington not only for the offering of quality products with strong warranties buy more importantly for their quality and timely installation and post-installation support.
